1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following major forms of payment for all orders placed on our website, processed securely through Stripe and PayPal:

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
2. Payment Security
Your security is our top priority. All payment information is handled through secure, encrypted payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal. Light Sign Co. does not store or have direct access to your credit card details.
3. Payment Processing and Order Confirmation

Full Payment Required: Full payment is required at the time the order is placed, whether the sign is pre-designed or custom-made.

Order Confirmation: Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and receipt. This email signifies that your order has been accepted and, for custom signs, that the design and production process will begin (or has begun, following design approval).

Failed Payments: If your payment fails, your order will not be processed, and you will be notified to update your payment information.
4. Custom Order Payment Terms
For custom LED Neon Signs, the following terms apply:

Production: Production will only begin after we have received full payment and you have given final approval on the design proof.

Design Fees: If a design mock-up or consultation is required before payment, we may require a non-refundable deposit or design fee, which will be credited toward your final order total.
5. Taxes
All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout, based on the shipping address provided.
6. Currency Conversion
If you are paying with a card or account based in a currency other than USD, your bank or payment provider may charge a currency conversion fee. Light Sign Co. is not responsible for these external fees. The final charge on your bank statement will be determined by the exchange rate used by your financial institution at the time of transaction.
